How does an engagement work?
You describe the problem, we agree scope, deliverables, price and timing in writing, and only then does work start. Most clients begin with a small, fixed-scope service and expand once they've seen the results.
Will I work with Koustov directly or with a team?
Individual Expert engagements are delivered by Koustov directly. For larger or multi-disciplinary projects, a coordinated team can be involved; Koustov remains your point of contact and is accountable for scope and quality. Team engagements are quoted after requirements are reviewed.
Is the work delivered remotely?
Yes. Services are delivered remotely using secure screen-sharing, read-only access where possible, and your existing admin tools. On-site work is not included unless explicitly agreed.
What currency are prices in?
All prices and invoices are in US dollars (USD). Where shown, other currencies are indicative conversions only.
How is access to my systems and data handled?
Access is requested only for the systems in scope, using the least privilege needed (read-only where possible) and dedicated accounts that you can revoke at any time. Data is handled according to the privacy notice, and a data processing agreement can be put in place on request.
Do you provide penetration testing or compliance certification?
No. Security services are advisory and configuration reviews. They can help you prepare for frameworks and questionnaires, but they are not penetration tests, formal audits, certifications or legal advice.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Booking requests hold a time slot and are confirmed by email after review — usually once scope and fit are clear. If the time no longer works, you'll be offered alternatives.
