Remote IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity consulting for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

15+ years in enterprise IT · Delivered remotely · Written scope before work starts · Direct access to the consultant

Why businesses in United Arab Emirates ask for this

Businesses in the UAE, from free-zone companies to growing mainland firms, often run lean IT teams while relying heavily on Microsoft 365, cloud services and remote access. Personal data is subject to the federal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and some free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes.

Services are advisory and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

Who we work with

Businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, including free-zone companies, professional-service firms and growing mainland businesses, that need senior independent IT advice without a full-time hire.

How remote delivery works for United Arab Emirates

Delivery is remote and there is no UAE office. Weekday consultations at 14:00–22:00 IST are roughly 12:30–20:30 UAE time (GST, UTC+4), so the afternoon and early evening of the UAE working day are available; UAE mornings are usually handled by email. Note that the UAE working week and public holidays differ from India's, so dates are always confirmed by email.

Not sure you need a large IT project?

You can start with a focused assessment, understand what needs attention, and decide what to do next.

A common start is a Microsoft 365 Assessment or IT Health Check with a written, prioritised report. From there you can choose remediation, documentation or ongoing remote support, each scoped and agreed in writing.

Why work with an independent consultant

  • 15+ years of enterprise IT experience, including roles at IBM, Wipro, Varian Medical Systems.
  • You deal directly with Koustov Choudhury, who scopes the work and is accountable for it.
  • Written scope, deliverables and exclusions before any work or payment.
  • Practical recommendations in priority order, not a sales pitch for products.
  • Remote delivery with secure, limited access, and no claim of a local office or staff.

Questions from businesses in United Arab Emirates

Do you have an office in Dubai?

No. Consulting is delivered remotely from India. There is no local office or local staff, and we do not claim otherwise.

What hours are you available for UAE clients?

Weekday calls at 14:00–22:00 IST, which is roughly 12:30–20:30 UAE time. Public holidays and the UAE working week are confirmed when booking.

Does this cover UAE data-protection compliance?

No. Reviews cover technical controls around your data. Legal compliance with UAE federal or free-zone data laws needs a qualified adviser.

Can you help with Microsoft 365 for a Dubai business remotely?

Yes. Tenant reviews, sign-in troubleshooting and security settings can all be handled remotely with admin access you grant. There is no Dubai office, and access is limited to what the task needs.

Do we need a consultant or a managed IT provider?

If you need someone to answer the phone every day, a managed provider fits. If you need an independent review, a project or senior advice on top of what you already have, a consultant fits. A first review will tell you honestly which applies.
