How remote delivery works for India
Koustov is based in West Bengal, India, and works remotely by default; on-site visits are not part of the fixed-scope services. Consultation hours are 14:00–22:00 IST on weekdays, which covers the afternoon and evening of the Indian working day. Mornings are handled by email and written updates.

Where is Koustov based, and is on-site work available?
Koustov is based in West Bengal, India. Work is delivered remotely by default and the fixed-scope services exclude on-site visits. If a project needs someone on site, that would have to be discussed and agreed in writing separately.
Does this cover DPDP Act compliance?
No. Technical reviews look at the controls around the personal data you hold, such as access, sharing and backups. Interpreting the DPDP Act and your obligations needs a qualified legal or compliance adviser.
Can you help us prepare for CERT-In incident reporting?
A review can check whether the logs, time synchronisation and contacts you would need in an incident exist. Deciding what must be reported, and when, is a compliance question for your legal adviser.
Do you offer remote IT support for businesses in India?
Yes: remote troubleshooting and escalation help for Microsoft 365, servers, networks and backups, arranged through an enquiry. It is not a 24/7 helpdesk.
How is an independent consultant different from our AMC vendor?
A maintenance vendor keeps things running under a contract. An independent consultant reviews what exists, checks it against your needs and gives you a written view you can use with any vendor.
